We understand that some customers who had Direct Debit payments collected by Allpay on Thursday 7th December have been debited again on Friday 8th December.
We are working with our bank and Allpay to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Advice from Allpay is that any customers affected should contact their bank, and that anyone incurring bank charges will be refunded.
