We are members of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), a professional body for Customer Service who support their members to improve their customers overall experience.
At V2C we put customers at the heart of what we do and are always looking at innovative ways to improve this. With the help of ICS we will shortly be emailing our customers, a short 5 to 10 minute survey to help us understand what services we deliver well and not so well. By doing this we can then see what we need to improve on to help us deliver great customer service time and time again.
