A stock condition survey helps us plan improvements to your home, so it is important that we know what condition they are in. This helps us plan how we maintain and improve them. So every year we visit hundreds of homes to carry out what we call a ‘stock condition survey’.

The information we gather from the stock condition surveys help us plan what components need replacing and when. This ensures your home is maintained at the right time and that we have the funds in place to successfully carry out any replacements. If any safety related repairs are identified during the survey, these will be forwarded to our repairs department who will arrange the repair. If you need a repair, visit our report a repair page.
We will either send out a letter notifying you of our planned visit or a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for us to call.
Our surveyor will need access to all rooms, the loft and outside areas. The visit will normally take up to 30 minutes.
