Valleys to Coast’s Money Matters Team offer free and confidential advice to our customers on all matters relating to money.

 

Our advisors have a wealth of experience in helping people to budget, save, deal with debt and claim the correct Welfare Benefits.

Drop-in: Talk Tuesday every Tuesday between 9am and 4pm - Valleys to Coast, Nolton Court, Bridgend CF31 1BX 

The Money Matters Team wants to:

 

  • Work with you to make sure you are financially prepared before you move into your new home
  •    
  • Help you from the day you move in, which is usually a costly period, and support you to prevent future problems
  •    
  • Arrange specific support to our vulnerable customers
  •    
  • Support you if you are struggling to pay your rent, water and service charges
  •    
  • Help those affected by Welfare Reform and other benefit changes, providing up to date information and the most appropriate advice
  •    
  • Provide all new and existing customers with the support, advice and access to the financial services they need to improve their financial well-being
  •    
  • Provide advice on the best way to get online and help you enable this, so you can access the best deals available on online
  •
